4. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law No. 6698, you have the right to:
– Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
– Request information if your personal data has been processed,
– Learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in line with their purpose,
– Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
– Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of such correction to third parties,
– Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, except for legal obligations, and request notification of such deletion/destruction to third parties,
– Object to the emergence of a result against yourself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
– Request compensation for damages in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
5. How to Apply to the Data Controller?
You can submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing with a wet signature, or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the email address previously provided to our Company and registered in our system. For your application, you can use the “Law on Protection of Personal Data Application Form” available on our website at “https://pioli.co/”.
The application address for written requests is: “Büyükdere Cad. No:245 USO Center Floor 12 No:43 Maslak-Sarıyer/İstanbul”. In cases where a person other than the personal data owner applies, a notarized special power of attorney issued on behalf of the applicant by the personal data owner is required.
Requests submitted to our Company in due form will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the response exceeds ten pages, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged per page beyond the tenth page. If the response is provided in a medium such as CD or flash memory, the cost of such recording medium may be requested.
As a company, we may cease using cookies on our website, change their types or functions, or add new cookies. Therefore, we reserve the right to amend this Clarification Text at any time. Any changes made to the current Clarification Text will take effect upon being published on our website or any publicly available medium.
