- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

- Request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, excluding legal limits, and request that the deletion and destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

How will you apply to the data controller?
You may submit your above-mentioned rights to our company in writing with a wet signature, or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to our company by the relevant person and registered in our company’s system. You can use the application form provided on our website for your application.

In order for a person other than the personal data subject to make a request, a special power of attorney issued by the personal data subject on behalf of the person applying must be present regarding the matter.
Duly submitted requests to our company will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the response exceeds ten pages, a transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the cost of the data recording medium may be requested.
As Porland, we may cease using the cookies we use on our website, alter their types or functions, or add new cookies. Therefore, we reserve the right to change the provisions of this Privacy Notice at any time.
